Last post: the end or the beginning of the journey...
As a said before, it has been an interesting experience. I have enjoyed some of the sites, others I haven't found so useful but we will certainly need to become familiar with these sites if we are to help our customers. These are the type of searches that we will be doing, that we are already doing: Have you got any good podcasts on knitting? etc. etc.

Hi Anadownunder, there are a few things missed out that we can't give you credit for, can you go back and look at what you need to do for thing 7, 11, 12 and 18.
